Plant
Our
manufacturing plant in Gurgaon near Delhi has floor area of 11,000 sq ft.
We have complete facilities for manufacturing different types of flexible
outer casings i.e. single round wire, single flat wire, double shaped wires
etc. in different diameters. Similarly, we have facilities for manufacturing
inner flexible shafts of diameters upto 6mm in 4, 5 or 6 layers over one
central core wire. The numbers of wires in each layer can be from 3 to 6.
We
have latest induction heating equipment for annealing of inner flexible
shafts in inert atmosphere in controlled manner. In our assembly section we have in process gauging and inspection systems which ensure consistency in assembly operations. Final pre-delivery inspections are carried out before dispatch.
